January Studio Going's On

Okay, the holidays are over.  The excuses are done.  Now what?  Well we can't go back and say, what if...  Don't look back, you're not headed in that direction, it's a new day, it's a new year, let's begin together!

 

Holiday Hours

We will be closed Saturday - Monday 12/31 - 1/2.  This is the last holiday until Memorial Day.  Don't forget, Summer bodies are made in the winter!

 

TOPS take off pounds sensibly

Meetings are Tuesdays at 7pm.  We've been at this since November 22nd and as a group have lost 61.6 pounds!  In the month of December, yes a holiday month, our group LOST 44.1 pounds!  

  It can be done, but you have to learn how to eat for a lifetime of health.  It's NOT a diet, it's a nutrition education program.  Learning about portion sizes, nutritional values and how to eat the food you love but still take off weight.

  80/20 is key - and 80% of weight loss is done in the kitchen!

 

Health Insurance Incentives

Have you checked with your insurance provider lately?  There are discounts and incentives for staying healthy, from many insurance providers.  Get paid to workout!  I am listed on many of the approved programs, and if I am not listed, I will work with your provider to get on the list!  I am listed as an approved facility with Healthy Contributions for Aurora and any other facility that use Healthy Contributions, also Humana Vitality, Silver Sneakers, and Silver & Fit.  Ask your insurance agent or HR rep if you are eligible for any incentives or discounts!

 

Piloxing Schedule Change for January & February

For just these two months Piloxing Barre will be on Monday at 6:00pm and Piloxing SSP will be Saturday's at 9:00 am.  This is a great opportunity to try something new!  

Zumba changes begin January 7th  

Saturday 8:00am will be Zumba with Amanda

Wednesday 6:00m will be Zumba Toning with Judy

 

Signing in and out - Be on time

Please sign in to classes at least one hour prior to class.  I set up for the number of people signed in.  If you can not make class, kindly sign yourself out.  Using the Mindbody App makes this very simple.  Set your schedule for the week, heck set it for the month, then be here for your appointment.  

  Classes begin promptly at the top of the hour.  Please be here at least 5 minutes early, so you can change your shoes and are in place ready to warm up at the start of class.  Warm up and stretch are very important parts of the work out.  Please be present for both.

 

The doTERRA order will be laced on Monday, January 9th, please get your order to me ASAP.

 

An Advocare order will be placed the second week of January as well, please let me know what you need!
