Health incentives via your insurance
Many plans are realizing it is so much less expensive to pay for people to get & stay healthy than to pay for meds and doctor visits. Check with your healthcare providers or your HR departments to see what incentives are available to you! I am being added to lists all the time.
This month I have become part of GlobalFit.com. I am currently working with Well on Target and Choose Healthy to be added to their list as an approved fitness studio. I am already approved with Healthy Contributions, Humana Vitality, Silver Sneakers and Silver & Fit.

New month, New goal! 12 push ups per day! It will take you 15 seconds and you will get stronger every day.
Use Your Time Wisely!
Please use all of your days. You can come to any class, any time. Don't get stuck in a rut. Try something new! Step out of your comfort zone. Meet new workout buddies. Challenge your body, your muscles and your mind! Have you checked out PiYo? My personal favorite for a total body, low impact, fast moving, calorie torching workout.
If you have a Zumba card - try Toning on Wednesday and Zumba with Amanda on Saturday!
Piloxing Barre will return to Saturday's in March. Piloxing SSP will return to Monday's at the time.
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of your contracted time. You will receive an email, two week prior to renewal. You need to reply to that email or just email me if you want to stop or change your program. If you allow it to renew, you will be responsible for the payment for the duration of the new membership period.
If you get a new credit card, please bring it in so I can swipe it. You get notified that your payment fails. Your immediate attention to rectify this is very much appreciated.
Zumba cards are good for Zumba classes only and expire if not used in, 2 (6 classes) or 3 (12 classes) months.
