Due to overwhelming demand, we are adding a second class time on Tuesday for the Senior Strong program. The new class will be from 9:00 - 9:45am featuring the classroom setting Strength, Balance & Cardio format. We were regularly seeing between 20-30 participants at the 10:00am class. The new time will help us to split up the class and give us a little more room to move, stretch, and strengthen our bodies. I am so excited to invite all Silver Sneaker, Silver & Fit, or anyone looking for a high energy, low impact full body workout!
