Zumba Fitness

Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.  We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.  Bring your water bottle, sweat towel and a yoga mat.  We will dance, sweat, & laugh.  Zumba is exercise in disguise! We will spend about 15 minutes on the floor doing mat work for abs, booty & legs :)

 

Zumba Gold

For Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. How It Works; the design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.  Benefits; Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

Zumba Toning

For those who want to party andput extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!  The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights) helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!  Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhance the sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

Low Impact:   Great for beginners or anyone needing a lower impact work out.  Using the same Zumba songs as a regular Zumba Fitness classes, without  jumping and a slightly slower pace.  Bring your mat (or use one of ours) for some time for floor work to engage abs, booty and legs.  

Combo:  Looking for the best of all that is Zumba rolled into one class? Zumba Combo is for you.   How it works;  We mix Zumba fitness with Zumba Toning and top it off with mat work.  You’ll be dancing while you  squat, jump, lunge and tone.   A full body, cardio, toning experience that burns mega calories while smiling, sweating and having a blast.  

Zumba with Melissa:  Zumba fitness without the floor work.  One solid hour of dancing, smiling, sweating and moving to the beat!
