Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. Bring your water bottle, sweat towel and a yoga mat. We will dance, sweat, & laugh. Zumba is exercise in disguise! We will spend about 15 minutes on the floor doing mat work for abs, booty & legs :)
For Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights) helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhance the sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

Low Impact: Great for beginners or anyone needing a lower impact work out. Using the same Zumba songs as a regular Zumba Fitness classes, without jumping and a slightly slower pace. Bring your mat (or use one of ours) for some time for floor work to engage abs, booty and legs.
Combo: Looking for the best of all that is Zumba rolled into one class? Zumba Combo is for you. How it works; We mix Zumba fitness with Zumba Toning and top it off with mat work. You’ll be dancing while you squat, jump, lunge and tone. A full body, cardio, toning experience that burns mega calories while smiling, sweating and having a blast.
